This is a very detailed modern home that is not laggy at all... It does have a lot of lights on it along with the fact that it only comes with 5 bearings so it creates no lag... When you spawn it in make sure you weld it down because it does create a lot of lag! This build also hase a driveway to park a car onto it with an over hanging room on top! It has a nice balcony on the front with a patio on the back... It has 1 bedroom a kitchen and a gaming room! It is nice and cozy for one person to live in!
