the can't reload bug is usually due to conflicting addons. consider that before attacking addon creators. @the gmod dude

I had to uninstall gmod 4 times that stuff actually worked how it should. Do you have the cw2 base ?

I dont think so because the cw2 base is in my opinion the best on the workshop ( the one with the highest quality)
