No, I cannot use these animations without consent of the author and even though the author is in-active I still respect the licence.

"You are not allowed to recompile, edit, repack or redistribute anything out of this release without the explicit permission of the respective authors!"

Other than that, the animations I'm using are free to use with credits to the author. If you really wanted to use this, you should learn how yourself.
