For anyone who came here expecting to learn something, you should at least know that this Rock/Paper/Scissors is not evenly balanced, as many weapons (particularly Eldar) can heavy attack faster than many of the larger weapons can fast attack. Since heavy attack has the longest stun effect of any of the counters, they will land it before you fast attack, and your fast will NOT counter them. You will instead be stunned while they chop you once or twice more.
Hopefully knowing this makes that experience easier to anticipate and less frustrating.
Kick or Parrying blow's kick has a delay off the first hit. This secound hit is what stuns you. But if you react, you can EVADE the stun and go back to attacking.
