Adds the revamped guard, shady, and criminal quest pools (from the Revamped Randomly-Generated NPC Quests mod) to the various non-playable NPC races that were added with the New Tenants mod (that were given quest support thanks to the Non-Playable NPC Race Quests and Crew - New Tenants mod).

yea, below is right. probbably best to just merge these mods. the amount of people who are looking to sub to this mod need to other anyway. Squish 'em together :D

tenants/crew/quests. see, this is why modular isn't always the best path to take. you now have a 3-way compat patch mod... that requires 4 other mods to mork, where you could literally roll all 4 of those mods into one mod that is better than any of them individually.
