Introduction to Nuggets
Hello and welcome to Nuggets, the informative guide. Today I will be telling you about the different classes of the Indie game "Streets of Rogue"! (obviously)
Note that when it comes to ratings it is personal experience, some classes may be better for different people, (obviously) so don't get mad because your favorite character is rated low.
Also if you don't feel like reading a lot, then you can skip to the bottom of a chapter and read the
NUGGET RATING
to get a brief description and rating of the character.
Now that that's out of the way, let's begin the guide!
The Basic Beans (Slum Dweller)
Ah the noble Slum Dweller, walking around with money in pocket and whiskey in hand, this short denizen of the streets is the default character, and thus will be considered the main character.
Let's start off with the stats, shall we?

Endurance : 2
Strength : 1
Accuracy : 2
Speed : 2

So what do these mean exactly? Well, I'm going to assume you're reading the guide in order, and I will only explain it once. Endurance is how much health you have, Strength is how much damage you deal, Accuracy is how easy it is to aim, and Speed is how high you are how fast you move.

I will translate the above stats to usable numbers for your convenience (where possible) for the rest of the guide. For now, there's just gonna be 2 stat displays. Here's the translated one:

Endurance : 100 HP
Strength : 5 DMG
Accuracy : Can't Measure
Speed : Faster than most enemies, but not as fast as a thief, or someone of that nature.

Now I know what you're saying... "But tipsy! You forgot his traits! Those change a ton about the character!"
Listen, listen. I'm getting to it. Don' worry 'bout it.

So Traits are special effects that are gained by being a certain character, or selecting them on the level up screen. They range from knowing what every syringe does, to making it easier to break walls. The Slum Dweller has some of the best starting traits, which I will describe now.

Super Studious : Gain a lot of extra XP when performing tasks. However, the kind of task it buffs is varied. Killing people and stealing small stuff will not gain an XP buff, but completing a mission will add 1/2 of the XP onto the norm (300 XP norm goes to 450) This trait is very useful in doubling or even tripling the level you would get otherwise.
Jack of Extra Traits : Get more traits to choose from when you level up. Normally when you level up, you can pick from a list of 3, and that's your new trait. However, with the Slum Dweller, you get to choose from a list of 4. Quite useful, although not the best part of his kit.
Potential to Not Suck : This is a useful one indeed, and one we need to go into soon, but first I need to describe it. This skill gives you a stat buff on a random stat every other time you level up, and you do not need to go to the elevator to get it, unlike normal level-up rewards. What I mean by that is, when you hit level 2, you will immediately be given a point in Strength, Endurance, Accuracy, etc. With this you can get to speed of 4 or strength of 4, etc. It occurs every other level (2,4,6,8,10, etc) and is completely random. Arguably the best part of his kit, and synergizes very well with Super Studious.

Now that I've told you the traits, I need to go a bit more in-depth with how the stats work so you understand the values given to you through Potential to Not Suck. Here's a quick table to show you the stats.

Endurance : 1=80HP 2=100HP 3=120HP 4=140HP
Strength : 1=5DMG 2=6DMG 3=8DMG 4=10DMG
Accuracy : Again, can't really measure it...
Speed : 1=You will never be faster than anyone, just match their speed. 2=Faster than most enemies, but slower than most NPCs. 3=Faster than most, and match speed of almost all NPCS. 4=Faster than everyone in situations other than mass genocide.

Finally, his items consist of a single bottle of whiskey, which heals 15 HP. Yeah, he doesn't have much.

NUGGET RATING
All in all I rate the Slum Dweller at a solid 7/10. He is incredibly useful for getting Chicken Nuggets, has incredible potential to become the most powerful character in the game, and doesn't have any enemies. Solid pick for a fun game of Streets of Rogue.
The Five Minutes of Anarchy (Soldier)
Ah the lovely Soldier, walking the streets with a machine gun, combat helmet, 5 grenades, 3 land mines, 3 door detonaters, a kill ammunizer, and so many items it's making the intro look dumb. Let's jump right into the stats!

Endurance : 3 (120HP)
Strength : 3 (8DMG)
Accuracy : 4 (No Clue)
Speed : 2 (As fast as most enemies)

The Soldier has only one trait, which is decent, but not that good. It's kind of just a little pillow to land on when things get tough.

Modern Warfarer : Gradually regenerate health up to a maximum of 20. This can save you in some situations, but most of the time will not be useful enough to notice.

Now the final part I need to explain... His items.
Arguably the best part of his kit, his items can get you a fast start and can maintain you throughout the whole game have been nerfed to be less op. It used to be that you could kill someone and you would gain ammo for every gun you owned, but now it gives random ammo. Anyways, I've almost forgotten to actually tell you the items:
The Soldier has 5 items:
A Machine Gun, his main source of killing for the start, and something you will rely on for most of the game.
A Combat Helmet, which is equal to a hard hat, known for slightly reducing damage and letting you survive a rocket in low health mode.
5 Grenades, probably to be used for miscellaneous tasks such as wall breaking or crowd control.
3 Land Mines, used to set traps for the few areas where you cant kill the enemies without going inside. (Knock Knock Boom Anyone?)
3 Door Detonators, useful to get into those metal doors or assassinate someone who is locked in a small jail cell.
And finally, the most powerful part of his kit, the Kill Ammunizer. This delicious item gives you ammo for every gun when you kill someone that has a gun, allowing you to continue infinitely with your guns as long as you get enough of them gives you ammo to one random gun every time you kill someone that has a gun. It's still useful, just nowhere near as powerful as it used to be.

NUGGET RATING
All in all the soldier was a very good class that I would place around 9/10, but has been nerfed pretty hard with the kill ammunizer. He now rests at a pretty solid 6/10, and is still quite useful for his quick start as I suggested with the title (5 Minutes of Anarchy).

Blue Jellybean (The Crepe Gangster)
The blue jellybean, always hating his kin, the red jellybean, walks the Streets of Rogue with a knife up his sleeve, a pistol full of ammo, 2 phones to call his buddies, and a boombox for settling differences. Let's take a look at his stats!

Endurance : 2 (100 HP)
Strength : 2 (6DMG)
Accuracy : 3 (Again, no clue, I'm gonna assume you know this for the rest of the guide)
Speed : 2 (As fast as most enemies)

The blue jellybean has 2 traits, one of which is negative. They can be quite useful but also a huge hindrance if you go to the wrong level.

Turf Warrior : Rival gang members attack on sight. This basically means that the red jellybeans will attack you as soon as they see you no matter the circumstances (unless you hypnotize them or something of course)
Team Building Expert : You can have up to 3 followers at once. This is arguably the best part about his starting attributes, as all other blue jellybeans will join you if you just walk up and ask, letting you have a party of up to 4 people total (including you) with which to fight the masses.

Then his items, which are pretty good and definitely give him an advantage over most other classes given his ability to recruit people for free. He starts with...
A Knife, used for knifing stabbing people to death. It's pretty good to start out with a melee weapon, and it definitely buffs his damage a good chunk to use one.
A Pistol, for when the times get rough and you're cornered with no melee weapons, or maybe you just need to set off a door detonator.
2 Friend Phones, which can be useful if there aren't enough other jellybeans to beat the level, or you can't get across an area without fighting red jellybeans.
And finally, a Boombox. The boombox is quite a powerful tool, definitely underappreciated, it has the ability to take everyone in quite a large radius and set them to dancing! When dancing they will not notice you walking into places you shouldn't, and as far as my tests have told, a boombox never runs out of juice, meaning (technically) with enough boomboxes, you could do anything without being noticed.

NUGGET RATING
The Blue Jellybean is pretty basic, but with just enough spices to keep entertaining for a long time to come. A solid 7/10 is my rating. Very good for completing objectives without needing to do anything, or just the pure fun of ordering around groups of people to do your bidding.
The Zebra Thief
Ah the thief... Quite a nice concept, and it lends well to no-detection runs without the ease of the Assassin... This tricky guy came to the slums with his crowbar, 3 lockpicks, 3 safe busters, 3 window cutters, and 5 wall bypassers ready to infiltrate abodes, all the while hiding under a cardboard box to (somehow) avoid detection! Let's see what his stats are!

Endurance : 1 (80HP)
Strength : 2 (6DMG)
Accuracy : 2
Speed : 4 (As fast as the best, and better than the rest.)

The Thief is another of the classes with a negative attribute, and he has 2 starting skills that can be utilized for his gain.

Slippery Target : It is harder to be spotted at longer distances. There are no measurements that I could find in my testing, but this should mean you can get away from people much easier, and that was the case, although the speed of 4 might have contributed to that as well.
Suspicious : Store and property owners want you to leave. This isn't that bad, but it can make getting a specific objective item from a chest or whatnot much harder if there are multiple owners (such as a bartender and 2 goons) watching for thieves in the store. However, it doesn't seem to apply to police stations, which can be useful, and the police don't hate you, so it's not that bad.

Now here's where it gets interesting. The thief is the first person on this list to have an active ability. An active ability is when you have a special thing you can do by pressing the alternative action button (default RMB). The thief's ability is here, and although not the best part of his kit, is certainly useful in numerous situations.
Sticky Glove :
The sticky glove is an ability where you right click and steal from someone if you are standing behind them. It is a relatively quick action, and moves you forward a bit. If someone sees you trying to pickpocket them they will attack, and police will attack if they see you attempting to nab something as well. it can (as far as i can tell) nab any item except the weapons of the selected person. It also rewards 10 15 XP upon a successful pickpocket, but that amount is almost unnoticeable.

Now finally, in my opinion the best part of his kit, his starting items. Your purchase of the StickyGlove brand thief comes with these free parts:
A Crowbar, useful for opening doors and fighting those nasty do-good cops who try to stop you in your tracks.
3 Lockpicks, used to open some more doors silently and saving millions of door's lives every year.
3 Safe Busters, used to... bust... safes... no ♥♥♥♥ Sherlock
3 Window Cutters, used to... cut windows... am i pushing this joke too far?
3 Cardboard Boxes, used to Metal Gear your way past enemies and other enemies alike without being noticed! Just make sure you don't move or get bumped or else they'll realize that you were NEVER A BOX IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! And then you cry in the corner for a long... long... time because you were unable to fulfill your dreams of becoming the greatest box the world had ever seen.
5 Wall Bypassers, the final part, and probably the most valuable part. These beauties allow you to teleport through any wall (as long as there's a space on the other side) instantly. However, I believe it's impossible to get more of them, unless they are a quest reward I haven't unlocked yet, and so must be treated with as much respect as possible and used to the fullest extent that they can be used.

NUGGET RATING
The thief is a pretty decent class, sitting at a 6/10. However, his ability is far too limited to be worth it to pick. His starter items give him a nice start and some fun times with the boxes, but it's honestly not enough to justify using him. He is however, pretty fun for a fast game of beating the first 2 floors or so quickly with a lot of fun.
The Suspenders Guy Shopkeeper
Enter the Shopkeeper - This man found inspiration from the resistance, and has realized the value of Chicken Nuggets. With his newfound determination, he leaves his shop, bringing with him a Sell-o-Matic for when he runs low on cash, a shotgun over his shoulder to deal with the no-good inhabitants outside of his shop, his Kill Profiter that he got for his 8th birthday, used to get some sweet moolah by filling people with bullets, a Mini Fridge in case he gets the munchies, and a Free Item Voucher in case he meets one of his pals. Now that we've taken stock of his inventory (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH let's check out his skills.

Endurance : 2 (100HP)
Strength : 2 (6DMG)
Accuracy : 4
Speed : 2 (Fast enough for most tasks, but can't run away efficently)

This fella has 2 traits that can help alot, and one of them I will consider his special ability (Art of the Deal). Let's see what they are.

Art of the Deal : Can purchase items from everyone. This means if you want to go into a fight with a lot of people, you could buy their weapon. It also lets you see how much money they have and decide whether to kill them or not. However, killing someone after buying an item will not give you the money you spent. Pretty useful as a utility and a combat ability.
Shrewd Negotiator : Items in shops cost less. There's no way to tell if this combos with Art of the Deal, since other characters cannot buy items from people, but this will reduce the price of items in shops, and also works for Drug Dealer shops as well. Can be useful if you need something but there's not enough cash in the level. However, the Kill Profiter will get you enough money most of the time.

Last but certainly not least, his starting items. Pretty good, and can definitely get you going and let you use Art of the Deal efficiently.
Portable Sell-o-Matic : This can be used to get rid of items you don't need quickly without needing to trek to the nearest green refrigerator. However, use a normal one if you can, as it gives you less money when selling items.
Shotgun : A shotgun to start is pretty nice, and can provide you with an easy floor or two with good RNG, but it's nothing special.
Kill Profiter : This is an amazing part of the shopkeeper's kit. Kill someone and get money. It's a simple concept but is absolutely necessary when Art of the Deal is being used to it's fullest potential. As far as testing has shown, killing someone can give you anywhere from 5 to 15 gold.
Mini Fridge : This is a great item, purely because it just makes healing way easier and will let you save more food for mid-fight munchies. Great to start with.
Free Item Voucher : Give this to that drug dealer and save $50 $150 on that powerful-as-♥♥♥♥ cyanide pill! Again, simple but good.

NUGGET RATING
The Shopkeeper is quite a simple concept: buy everything, and his items show this. All of them are quite simple but efficient at getting the job done. Pretty good with a rating of 8/10. The only reason he's not rated higher is because of his one issue: simple idea = simple play. He may be good, but he certainly isn't the most fun. Not to say that he isn't fun, it's just with characters like the hacker he becomes boring. Still, can't go wrong with picking him as your character.

The Red Jellybean (Blahd Gangster)
I doubt you want me to just copy+paste the Crepe description and change Blue to Red, so just read Crepe Gangster and replace the word Blue with the word Red and vice versa. Yeah, sorry.

NUGGET RATING
Gets a 10/10 on the "Repetition Score".
The Guy with the Tie (Bartender)
The Bartender, the most liked man on the streets. This guy can go where he wants, and walks around with a Drink Mixer to serve the people he meets, a bottle of whiskey when things go wrong, a bottle of beer for when things go just right, 3 Hypnotizer Mark II for when people don't like you as much as you want them to, and 3 Haterators for when that person rejects your invitation to go the senior prom really needs to get into a fight. Let's see how skilled he is though...

Endurance : 3 (120HP)
Strength : 2 (6DMG)
Accuracy : 3
Speed : 2 (Fast enough to fight, but not to run.)

Now let's see what's so special about him...

Serve Drinks : Serve cocktails to anyone, like it's your job or something. This means you can combine any syringe, box of cigarettes, or giantizers, etc (anything that gives a status effect) with your Drink Mixer, and then give it to people. After 5 seconds, the effect will start. However, if the draught is bad but does not kill them, they will be hostile. This can be used to assassinate a specific person if you feel the need for a "The butler did it!" moment.
Charismatic : Most people are initially friendly toward you. Enter some private property without issue. This means that almost everyone on the map is loyal to you, and you can enter some dangerous zones without objection. Pretty good for when you need to assassinate someone in a drug den or somewhere that other people aren't supposed to be. Takes some getting used to, but can be amazing in the right hands.
Team Building Expert : Recruit a maximum of 3 followers. I've already gone over this, but it's basically for when you need to break into a heavily populated area to complete an objective. Not useful most of the time, but shines when it is useful.
Drug-a-Lug : All syringes are identified. This is useful for yourself, or just if you want to know what drink you're giving to that poor fella you need to kill. Seriously, it must suck to live your life with a giant sign above you saying you need to be eliminated 24/7

Now for his starting items. They're pretty decent, and can get you off the ground, plus one of them is basically an active ability for him.
Drink Mixer : This is used with any item that causes a status effect, and lets you give anyone a status effect. I already covered this above in Serve Drinks.
Whiskey : Just a quick health item for 15 juicy green life-bits. How alcohol is healthy, I don't know.
Beer : Heal yourself for 10 health-bits and forget your sorrows in this can of beer.
3 Hypnotizer Mark II : Use this on someone to make them your ally! Useful for retrieve missions or if you just want to mess around. Be careful though, as staring into it too much will make THIS[www.google.com] happen to you.
3 Haterator : Use this one someone, and they will attack the first person they see! Buy now and receive a free copy of "Fight for my Entertainment; a Psychology Book" today!

NUGGET RATING
The Bartender walks around with his fancy tie, and provides quite a blast to play. Strategically, he can provide a lot, and his rating sits at 8/10. If you like going anywhere and controlling others, then the bartender is a class that you will enjoy. I'll see you in the next box!
The EDGY Hacker
Ah the hacker... One of the most fun and versatile characters in the game. This skillful individual comes equipped with a portable laptop used to hack, 3 Hologram Bigfoots for distracting people who are chasing you down, and 3 2 timebombs, the most powerful explosive in the game. He may be smart, but let's see how toughstrongsteadyspeedy he is... (that was a horrible joke and I apologize)

Endurance : 1 (80HP)
Strength : 1 (5DMG)
Accuracy : 2
Speed : 3 (Faster than almost every enemy in the game, but slower than the most dangerous of them.)

The hacker has 2 traits, both of which are good, and quite useful for whatever target he is trying to achieve at any given moment.

Tech Expert : You can do things with computers that others can't. This means you can do things like activate the gas on computers, flooding a building with poison to provide an easy victory. This is kinda useful, but most of the time the things you'll be doing will be base game stuff (Blow up TVs etc...)
Skinny Nerdlinger : Knockback from damage is increased, more guns cause knockback when fired. This just means that you can knock people farther from you with each hit. It can be a blessing and a curse, but is generally a decent ability.

Now for his active ability, arguably one of the best in the game, and quite fun to use at that.
Laptop :
You can right click to remotely hack an object. This works the same as a hacking tool, except the laptop will make noise and attract property owners towards the thing that is being hacked. Also if a policeman spots you while hacking, he will attack you, as will property owners who spot you while investigating.

Finally, his starting items. They're decent but have been nerfed to not be as good as they used to be.
3 Hologram Bigfoot : Plop this down and attract everyone that can see it to this green monster. They'll spend a minute making themselves look silly until it vanishes and they realize they were not, in fact, catching bigfoot.
3 2 Time Bombs : These bombs can be placed and after 10 seconds they will destroy everything in a large radius except elevators. Yes, even metal walls and safes cannot withstand this powerful explosive. Plop it down with a bigfoot in a crowded area for massive casualties!

NUGGET RATING
The Hacker is a very good class, great for having fun and a must-have for multiplayer. His versatility allows for many different outcomes to any situation, and he sits at a solid 9/10. The ability to have infinite hacks can help in so many ways you wouldn't believe! I mean you probably would because it's like 20 ways but I'm too lazy to list them all and i also love having a flair for the dramatic.
The Zoidberg Doctor
Welcome to the Doctor, the only way to play pacifist right! Where the other "pacifist classes" are built to do combat as well (Cop) or are built for stealth (Assassin), the Doctor shines as the pacifist of this game. This sly fella walks around town with a Chloroform Hankie for disabling people, a Medkit for when times get rough, and 3 Earwarp Whistles for sneakin' around. Let's check out how fit this Doctor is.

Endurance : 2 (100HP)
Strength : 1 (5DMG)
Accuracy : 2
Speed : 2 (Fast enough to fight, but not to run.

The Doctor also has 2 traits, one that is bad and one that is good. Let's check em out!

Pacifist : Can't use weapons, except for thrown items. This is what it says on the box. No weapons (AKA Guns, Melee, Etc) but you are allowed to use thrown items (Grenades, Bear Traps, Etc)
Medical Professional : Medical items yield better results. As far as I can tell, this only counts Medkits, which makes it largely useless since they heal such a high amount anyways, but it's a nice addon to have.

Now let's get to his active ability: One of the best in the game (Arguably), this ability is called...
Chloroform Hankie :
Step 1. Move behind enemy
Step 2. Use chloroform
Step 3. Draw phalluses on enemy's face.
Step 4. Grow up.
Obviously this description, provided by Matt Dabrowski, isn't enough for the intricacies, but it does get the idea across. Basically, the chloroform hankie is your active ability. Go behind someone and right click and they will instantly fall asleep. The ability has a 10 second cooldown, and can be used as many times as you want. Some strategies include:
Knock Knock Your Lights Out : Knock on a door and spam right click so whenever they go back inside they fall asleep, getting you access to their home.
Every Wild West Ever : Knock someone unconscious and push them onto a rail track, then laugh evilly as they get shredded to death!
Generally this ability will be your weapon, since you can't use normal weapons, and is quite powerful at that. However, if you get someone hostile at you, be ready for a tough fight, as you can't use weapons.

Finally, the items that the Doctor starts with. These can be useful sometimes, but are generally just padding for the inevitable fall of your domain because of your limited pacifist playstyle.
Medkit : Heals you for (60?) health because of Medical Professional. Useful in a pinch when you're low on health, but generally doesn't do much.
3 Earwarp Whistles : Very difficult to use, these whistles make everyone on the level deaf, except you. Because you were closest to the whistle. It makes sense don't worry about it. Can be a blessing, but usually in situations where it would be useful you could just wait for the security camera to move, or you don't need to go through the laser.

NUGGET RATING :
The Doctor is a great class, fun to play and challenging at times, always providing a new experience as you try to beat a combat game without combat. A well-earned 8/10 for this chap. It would be higher, but the actual versatility isn't much, since you're limited to no weapons. Still, it is fun to run around with a limited instant knockout ability, sneaking through the bases and putting the people who find you into a (technically) infinite rest.
The Scientist
The Gorilla
The Cop
The Cop, though he can hardly be called that with the shenanigans he pulls, is the first reader-requested character to appear on the list! This colorful character comes to the slums with a Pistol and a Police Baton, plus the ability to ignore the law and his trusty handcuffs. Let's check out how tough this cop can be...

Endurance : 2 (100HP)
Strength : 2 (6DMG)
Accuracy : 3
Speed : 2 (Fast enough for combat but not for running away.)

The Cop comes to the slums with but one trait, but the trait he has is very complicated. I'll try to explain...

The Law : Aligned with other cops. Lose XP by killing or robbing innocents. Innocents are people who obey the law of the land and do not stand in the way of mission objectives. This means, first off, that all cops are aligned and you can ask them for a key if you need to free someone from a police station. Now what counts as an innocent and what's a guilty person? A guilty person is...
A . Someone who is preventing you from completing an objective. This would be a property owner of the building you need to do a quest in, someone you need to eliminate or get an item from, etc.
B . Someone who isn't obeying the law. If someone attacks a body or anybody else, or destroy property, they will become a guilty NPC, allowing you to arrest them without losing XP, and also gaining you approximately 100 XP for a successful arrest.

Now let's move on to the best part of the cop's kit, his active ability.
Handcuffs :
Cuff someone, effectively neutralizing them non-lethally. This ability requires you to be near them, and will take a few seconds to finish. The time can be improved by nimble fingers. While they are being cuffed they will shout excessively, attracting the attention of nearby people. If one of their friends sees you doing it, they will attack you. Once someone is cuffed they cannot be uncuffed, and during the duration you can move, albeit very slowly, as long as you stay near the target. After being cuffed, they will drop their items and become essentially a body. They can be gibbed in this state. Also if one of their buddies sees them cuffed they will get the ? above them and start searching, so it's reccomended to move them if you can. This ability is mainly used to finish single-eliminate objectives or to disable people by surprise when their buddies are far away. It can also be used by putting a boombox and arresting everyone that comes to party, if you wish. It's quite a good ability, and fun to use strategically. Also useful if you need to get another weapon because yours is broken.

Finally, the items that he brings with him to enforce the law with. They are quite useful, if simple.
Pistol : A pistol filled with 30 shots of 5-damage justice. Useful if you get cornered of there's a lot of people attacking all at once. Like I said, basic but useful.
Baton : A baton to swing horizontally like a baseball bat and knock some heads down to the ground. Useful for a lot of close-quarters situations or just to have a melee weapon to start.

NUGGET RATING
The Cop is great for single-target playstyles and stealth, and gains a huge buff from Nimble Fingers. A nice 9/10 for this fine man. If used just right you can take out whole cities without ever getting into a conflict, and his handcuffs are incredibly powerful, especially since they're infinite. Fun to play, and powerful as well, this is where I leave the cop.

THANKS TO |Party Up| Richard02 FOR TESTING AND FINDING THE GUILTY CITIZEN INFORMATION!
The Vampire
The Wrestler
The Assassin
Ah the ever-powerful assassin... Tip-Toeing yet somehow running around the Streets of Rogue, this fella has a Sword for when things get too close and personal, 10 Shuriken for long-distance pestering, a Quick-Escape Teleporter for when things get hairy, and a rape whistle an Ear-Warp Whistle for literally making everyone in existance deaf except the person closest to the whistle. Let's get into the stats, shall we?

Endurance : 1 (80 HP)
Strength : 1 (5 DMG)
Accuracy : 3
Speed : 4 (The fastest you can be without... becoming a coke addict?)

The Assassin has 2 traits, both good, although one of them is definitely far better than the other.

Backstabber : Melee attacks from behind do 2x damage while the victim is not in combat. 10x if you are using camoflauge. This skill seems like a handy dandy tool until you realize that using your ability gives you camoflauge, and that lets you kill anyone with your fists in one hit. Definitely the best part of his kit.
Sleep Killer : Single melee hit kills sleeping people. Most of the time this won't come into play, in fact it never has for me, but whatever. It's cool I guess.

Now here's the Assassin's active ability. If you were listening earlier you'll know what it is, but here it is.
Camoflauge :
Invisible for a short period. Cancelled by most actions. Cannot be activated in view of non-followers. Successful backstabs retain invisibility. So this is a bit complicated, but you can activate this as long as nobody sees you, with the exception of followers, since they are helpful and will almost never not see you. The "most actions" that cancel it do not include successful backstabs, opening doors, and for some reason, sometimes looting chests? Most of the time it cancels it but then it doesn't? Oh yeah and also buttons. Pretty much, if it brings up a menu, you'll come out of invisibility. The ability, after used, will go on a 10 second cooldown until you can use it again. Now finally, what I said above, you can kill anyone with your fists on a backstab. This means if you're skilled enough you could take out an entire den by yourself in 10 seconds flat, then walk slowly to the last one, who is running for his life, and decapitate him as he struggles to unlock the door. Morbid ideas aside, let's go onto his items.

So the Assassin's items are decent and servicable, but you will never need weapons if you play him correctly. However, I'm still obligated by the format I've made for this guide to make an items section, so here we go.
A Sword, used to dispatch enemies that TURN AROUND AT THE LAST POSSIBLE SECOND BEFORE YOU KILL THEM AUUUUGGHHHHH see you and attack before you can kill them from the shadows.
10 Shuriken, used to kill those enemies that are low on health or too dangerous to fight up close, or maybe just to press a button through a window.
A Quick-Escape Teleporter, which will teleport you to a random spot away from combat if your health gets too low. This can save your life, no matter what it's supposed to resemble.
An Ear Warp Whistle, which is useful if you wanna go through a yellow laser once. That's all the uses I've found for it at least.

NUGGET RATING
The Assassin sits at a solid 9/10, very powerful and able to carry you through levels if used correctly with his camoflauge. The downfalls that he has however, are his cooldown for his camoflauge in case you mess up, the inability to cloak in sight of people, and the fact that he has lower hp than some of the crew. He is quite fun to play, and definitely one I will always use to unlock the next level.
The Comedian
Hey! What's up? We're here, at the comedian. This jokester tells outdated memes from 2002 and hopes that the crowds will love it. (Spoiler: Most of them don't) This fella struts into town with high hopes, a Bacon Cheeseburger, a bottle of Whiskey, some Cigarettes, and a bag of Cocaine. He's a niche character, useful if you get lucky and pretty fun, but his skill is limited. Let's get into the stats!

Endurance : 1 (80 HP)
Strength : 2 (6 DMG)
Accuracy : 2
Speed : 2 (Fast enough for general use, but not combat)

The comedian, though he studied the rule of 3, only has 2 traits, which aren't that good, but useful in some situations.

Skinny Nerdlinger : Knockback from damage is increased, more guns cause knockback when fired. This is basically just a way to knock people away while you're running for your life, useful when running but god awful when trying to actually fight someone in an open area.
Team Building Expert : Recruit a maximum of 3 followers. This does what it says on the tin, and lets you have 3 followers. Why does he start with that? Well, I'll show you!

Joke :
Joke is his special ability. "Tell a joke to a crowd of people, randomly causing them to like you more or less. You might even gain a groupie. Can't be used multiple times on the same person." Now that's a bit of a lie, as you can continue to tell the joke, it just won't change their opinion of you. The people can become Hostile, Annoyed, Friendly, or could even become Aligned, all because you said "Derpaderpderp". Some fun strategies to do with this is spam right click, as people will continue to follow you, and once the crowd gets big enough, there will be someone who becomes hostile for one reason or another, and the whole crowd will burst into a massive fight. Stand back, and soon enough you can finish off the last guy and claim all the loot. It's not all that practical most of the time, as 90% of people will get annoyed, 1% of people will be happy, and the other 9% will get T R I G G E R E D. Try to use it for gimmicks, such as leading people to their deaths, as 1 or two followers will not help much when you have 50 very angry office workers on your tail.

Finally, his items. They're useful, but not incredible, more of a utility for when things go wrong.
Bacon Cheeseburger : Pretty easy to use, this will restore 20 HP. Just use it as you would any other food item; either used when low on HP and not close to leveling up, or spam F in the middle of a cluster♥♥♥♥ of bullets and fists.
Whiskey :See above, but with 15 HP instead of 20.
Cigarettes : Useful if you want to deal like 3 damage to a building through the air vents and clear them out. Not much else.
Cocaine : Use this when the ♥♥♥♥ goes down to get clear of the crowd if you can't do it yourself.

NUGGET RATING
The Comedian is a great class for messing around and having a good time, and can be useful in-game, although very luck-reliant. a 7/10 for very fun is my score, and I hope you enjoy the Comedian.
The Jock
The Literally-a-Baby Shapeshifter
Hello, and welcome to the Shapeshifter. This naked little fella walks around angering police and possessing bodies, jumping out every so often using his Possession Stone, doing whatever he wants when he wants. He's quite a powerful character to play because of his special ability, which is essentially every character's ability in one, plus an extra life. Let's see his stats.

Ok so before I tell you his stats, I need you to know that his stats will vary depending on who you possess, so most of the time this won't be in effect, and when you do shapeshift either press R or read the part of the guide that does that character. Now that's out of the way, let's see.

Endurance : 1 (80HP)
Strength : 1 (5DMG)
Accuracy : 1
Speed : 4 (Fastest speed. Can run away with ease.)

Now the shapeshifter has 3 traits, all of which are bad, but again, they go away when shapeshifting, so most of the time you won't have to worry about these. Still, it's good to know them in case you get into a tight spot without someone to possess.

Naked : A highly inappropriate way to walk around the city, not to mention illegal. Cops will attack on sight. This is pretty straightforward, and says what it does already, so I'll just give you some info on it instead. This can be a pain if you're trying to possess a cop and he turns around, or if you just need a new body and a cop spots you shifting, and yes, if a cop sees you shapeshift, he will stay hostile to you, so be careful.
Diminutive : Short stature means you take more damage and inflict less damage. This means that when in your normal form you're gonna die faster and your enemies are gonna die slower. It's quite a bad perk, but like I said, won't affect you often because you're in other people. Try to avoid combat until you get a suitable body.
Antisocial : Most people won't join your party. I feel like this should be part of Naked, but I guess it's not. It just means you can't hire a lot of different NPCs, so unless you possess people you aren't gonna get that many followers. Not that hard to deal with because you can always possess a slave owner or a gangster and get followers for free.

Now the active ability, definitely the best part of his class by far, and the best ability in the game. No opinion here, it's literally just statistically better than the other abilities. It's a bit complicated, but I'll keep it as simple as I can.
Possess :
Jump into people's bodies when standing behind them. Now, to use this you simply get close to someone behind them and right click. Any "neutral" person who sees this happen will get annoyed with you, so try not to do that. Any cops that see this happen will attack you, so try not to do that. Possessing someone will give you their health, so use it to heal or as a meat shield. When possessing someone, the health will be different from normal-game characters, probably because they weren't trained in the Resistance's... "amazing" training program. Most people will have 33 HP. When you die in a body, you will sit there for a second before popping out. When a body dies popping out takes away 15 HP from your shapeshifter, so you will die if you have 15 HP or less, so do be wary of that.. When possessing you will also gain their items, this includes money, and their status, so if you possess a property owner, the property will become yours. You also cannot possess people you need to neutralize, because it would just be too fun to possess someone and then commit suicide. Finally, when you unpossess for any reason, there will be a 5-second cooldown before you can possess again, and if leaving a living person, they will be stunned for 7 seconds. Now that the hard parts are out of the way, here's what to do if you possess someone: Read the part of the guide I made for them. Or press R I guess...

And last but not least, his starting item. It's essentially part of his active ability, but I'll tell ya what it does anyway.
Possession Stone : Use this like a syringe (click or press the number) to unpossess the person you are currently possessing. Definitely a requirement for someone like the shapeshifter.

NUGGET RATING
The Shapeshifter is definitely the best class statistically, and he is amazing to play in-game, but he does have his fallbacks, such as the reduced health or the newly-added 5 second cooldown bit, but he still is good enough for a 10/10. Pick the Shapeshifter for some random fun or a nice game of strategy. One of the best classes in the game, I leave the Shapeshifter here. (If you want a strategy guide look at the guide for the person you're possessing because the strategy for the Shapeshifter is just "Get a body fast"

THANKS TO Goodboy22 FOR INFORMING ME OF THE 15 HP LOSS AT DEATH!
The Investment Banker
The Werewolf
The Greenbean (Zombie)
Hello! Welcome to the Zombie! This is for sure one of the best new characters, so come along for the ride! The zombie strides into town with nothing in his hands. I met him once at a meeting, and he's too classy for human flesh. (He met the cannibal one week at a meeting and decided it was for the best to not eat humans) Anyways, let's get on to the best parts; his stats and traits! This is gonna be a fun one!

Endurance : 1 (80 HP)
Strength : 3 (8 DMG)
Accuracy : 1
Speed : 1 (Very slow, however you'll see why in a moment.)

The zombie has SIX traits! Let's get right to them!

Zombify : People who have contact with you and die are turned into zombies. This is self-explanatory, however I cannot tell if it means walking through them or just the active ability, as people run, and you are very slow. This is the main part of his kit, and very powerful when combined with the rest of the abilities. Due to the way it works, don't use him in multiplayer unless all players are zombies, as they will attack all non-zombies. (This may be subject to change in a future patch.)
Flesh Feast : Melee hits with fists restore health. It will restore 2 health per hit, so don't rely on it, but it can still help you out in certain times.
Army of Darkness : Recruit a maximum of 5 zombie followers. This isn't quite right however, as when you zombify someone with a full party, they will just wander the streets, chasing whoever they see.
Fair Game : People will either run from you, or try to kill you. This means just what it says on the tin, and seems quite bad, as at first you will have to chase someone across the map (Possibly twice) to get a kill. However, after the first kill, everything gets exponentially easier.
Class Solidarity : Can't hit people of your own class, or make them hostile. Basically, when you have 20 zombies wandering the streets, you don't want to make them angry. So this is here to prevent that. Zombies under all circumstances cannot kill other zombies.
Vocally Challenged : Can't speak english. Doesn't matter if you could, as people just run from you anyways.
Stubby Fingers : Can't use projectile weapons. This is fine, as it means you are limited to melee, which doesn't really matter, as after the first kill you probably won't do much yourself.

Now let's get onto the best part, the part that makes it all fall into place. It's active ability.
Zombie Phlegm :
Hold [Special] to charge. Hit a living person and they'll become your follower. Costs a bit of health. This charge seems to be a retextured and reprogrammed sleep dart, as it moves just like it, although a bit faster. It is a projectile and takes some time to charge. It will take 5 health upon use, and if you hit someone with it, they will take 10 damage and become a zombie if they die. EDIT: After further research, if a zombie harms someone and they die, they will turn them into a wandering zombie. However, if you use phlegm on them beforehand, they will be a follower zombie instead.

Finally, his items. All he starts with is a
Food Processor : This is used in case you get useless stuff, like guns. Turn it into Fud for more zombies!
NOTHING!!! You got kerpranked!

NUGGET RATING
The zombie is a very slow but powerful class. Once you get the first zombie the whole level seems to automate itself, as zombies will make more until the entire streets are full of zombies. This is not hyperbole, as this happened on the very first level I played and every one after that. All in all, the rating is a 9/10, with the only downside being his speed, which is a chore to deal with. Very fun AND potent, which in my experience only the Shapeshifter and Assassin have gotten right. If you haven't already, give him a try! Also, please do not use him in multiplayer, as at the moment, wandering zombies will attack other players if they are not also zombie.

Huge thanks to Jatif Ja'mla!

Any chance we could get a Gorilla, Vampire, or Investment Banker guide? With the latter, honestly have no idea how to play him well. He seems like a 4/10 char at best.
Sepherix 6 Jan, 2018 @ 1:48pm
hehe, the comedian is quite effective a leading a huge amount of the population elsewhere as a distraction; or pure Patapon style.
Good coop character; less effective in singleplayer.
10/10 would cause another riot because everyone is stacked on one another when the joke ends.
TH3G4M3GRL 2 Jan, 2018 @ 10:49am
Aye, it will need an update, but past updating a few small firearm notes, the guide is still well made.
Will 1 Jan, 2018 @ 3:39pm
So this needs a bit of an update. Accuracy is now Firearms, which, as the Custom Character thing says, "Affects bullet damage, cooldown time between shots, rapid fire spread, and rate at which auto aim triggers".
olio 6 Nov, 2017 @ 6:41am
You should add custom chararters option too!
