Опис
A row of houses from "la rue de la ferronnerie" in the old centre of Paris.
This building is the central part of a 3-parts recreation of one of the longest buildings in Paris. It was constructed between 1669 and 1678 and still stands today. The front looks over a narrow street and the arches lead to an open and busy square.

At the time stood the cemetery of the Holy Innocents (oldest cemetery in Paris, dismantled just before the French Revolution). The houses have been built atop one of the charnel houses that ran along the cemetery's enclosure. It's arcades are the only remaining vestiges of the burial grounds along with the fountain that now stands in the center of the square.

You need this prop, but it's been removed from the workshop. https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=866730328

Would love more French/Parisian buildings. :steamhappy:

@Worldmaker :
I know what you mean, loving Paris : I have the same kind of admiration towards this city and spent much time researching its architecture for my illustration work. I am fortunate enough to live about 100km from this place (I can visit anytime and be back home at the end of the day :D ) and even lived in Paris for a short time :) Very expensive place, very busy (as all major cities are !). And like all old capitals, one life isn't enough to discover all its secrets !

On a side note, I don't play Planet Coaster (yet ?), but I'll have a look on your assets ;)

I'm working on more (at an amateur's pace AND with real life in the way...so, slowly ;) ).
I modelled the east and west wings of this building (if you know Paris, you may have seen this building is fairly long :) ). Also, I'm working on some Haussman bldgs like those of rue de Rivoli along the Louvre but this gets a bit complicated. Patience ;)

BTW, I'm still figuring out how to properly use the workshop : do you have problem with props ? The chimneys for instance ?
