When you select a bunch of objects you have placed together you can create a group out of said objects, these groups can be saved and called upon again again to speed up the creation process. example of a group is this train engine i've made though its 78 different objects you wouldnt wanna place all 78 of them each time you go about making a train so instead can keep the whole thing as a saved group.

But there are sooo many assets people have created and saved and no default way to share those assets so i've created this 'guide' and a drop box over at https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9UiupV70-9EaUFFejQ4MnBHOEE for storing any assets people which to share with others, please do message me and get your own uploaded aswell you will be credited as a contributer each time your assets are used.

To get more groups first you need to be able to find where your own groups are;

Windows
on windows computers they can be found by typing %appdata% in ur search bar, clicking the 'LocalLow' folder then finding bossa studios and the creator there. example link C:\Users\User\AppData\LocalLow\Bossa Studios\Worlds Adrift _ Island Creator\GroupData
Just insead of user it would say whatever your user is.

Other OS's
(anyone feel free to comment if they know where they are stored for mac or linux)


Then all you have to do is right click and download a custom group's folder from https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9UiupV70-9EaUFFejQ4MnBHOEE and extract the archive into your GroupData folder using winrar or 7zip. Every group has a icon within its folder that gives you a hint at to what it looks like aswell as being organised into different sections for vehicles, buildings ect.

Colour System
Vehicles - Dark Green
Vehicle Parts - Bright Green
Buildings - Blue
Building Parts - Light Blue
Furntiture - Red
Misc - Purple

Upon Launching the game it should load up your new custom groups and they will be acessable on the side toolbar along with the rest of your groups.
If you ever leave an empty folder or unremoveable file in the file structure the game may get stuck upon loading group assets, to fix this just delete the folder and load the game again. If the file it saying it cannot be found but still appears you can use a tool like winrar to delete it, simply right click it and add to archive, then select the delete after archiving option, and delete the newly archived folder.

Fairly Simple but anytime you do use a custom group made by another person be sure to credit them either in the description of your world or the contributers part of the workshop, every user who uploads their groups will be added to this guide's contributers section and every asset in the dropbox will have who made it in brackets on the end so you know who to credit.
