TTT - Balanced Autoslay (bas)

If a detective/traitor gets slain due to the use of this command, an innocent will take the role of that detective/traitor.
Slays are stackable and persistent. Even if a player leaves, or the map changes, the number of slays assigned remains intact.

Commands:
!bas <player> <number of rounds>
If you don't define a number of rounds, the command will default to 1.
!ibas <player>
It will print how many slays a player has pending.

Convars:
ttt_bas_ban
1 means they will be banned if they leave after being set to be slain. 0 means they won't be banned. Default is 0.
ttt_bas_bantime
Time in minutes of how long to ban someone if they leave after being set to be slain (0 = permanent). Default is 60.
ttt_bas_logcmd
If set to 1, when an admin uses this command, it will be logged. 0 means it won't be. Default is 0.
ttt_bas_tcred
How many credits a replacement Traitor gets. Default is 2.
ttt_bas_dcred
How many credits a replacement Detective gets. Default is 1.

ULib is required for banning.
