Effects:

If you have red health, the item takes two hearts away and gives you a random devil deal item
If you have soul health, the item takes three hearts away and gives you a random devil deal item
If you don't have health, then nothing happens

it seems to take all my health and give me the devil deal items accordingly but I don't want all my health taken

Kek, just broke a run and got 1/2 the hard mode achievements with Apollyon. This is my new favorite item, the only drawback (*cough* balancing factor) is that it gets destroyed after so many uses, and yes, it also destroys Void if you activate it that way. :/ It's probably for the best though, run was broken as is. Really fun though; one of my favorite items ever. :2016trophy:

Perhaps it could give one last item and then disappear when you have no health -like with the lost.

after some uses the dice disappears is it normal?
