for the aarakocra, my best bet would be trying to track down some kenku models and recoloring, but even that is a pretty rare race to find. Alternatively maybe tracking down an angel sort of model and slapping a bird head on it?

For dragonborne, you could always start with one of the saurus models from warhammer age of sigmar. I know there are a few good mods available with them.

If you can send the texture file before and after adding the head, maybe I can get a better idea of what might be happening.

When i try to line up the outline with the texture for some reason the points shuffle a little. Happens after I try my 3rd item which is a head. It seams like the verticese and the lines get rearranged for some reason and I have to manualy realign them.

Do you mean the textures are skewing? A few things could cause that:
When you're merging multiple textures, you need to go in to the UV/Image editor and adjust the UV map to fit your new merged texture.
If you mean the textures are looking noticeably lower quality once you've merged them, it might be something to do with the increments you're resizing your image in. I use cropping as opposed to adjusting the image size partially to avoid any degrading of the textures.

Im having problems with lining up meshes for my models faces and their textures. When i try to resize them they distort themselves. Any suggestions?
