It's some arty farty story, and without pay off, you're left with a thing that sUbVeRtEd YoUr ExPeCtAtIoNs.
If the story shows you a gun in a cabinet, you better damn well see that gun used by the end of the story. There's no narrative to PAY OFF the set ups of Henry getting questioned, Him and Delilah meeting, him seeing his wife. You can have a disappointing ending and still have a good story, but that's because you can still have a satisfying story that's disappointing.
