Have you ever wanted to rule the world as the great Ulmish empire!?! Well good luck, you are going to have a tough time. But Hey a meme is a meme...

Lore: After Germany's humiliating defeat in WWI, Germany was dirrected into chaos. From all angles did Wilhelm find hismself troubled by. He had no choice but to abdicate the throne and find refuge in a more peaceful realm. So he and his few supporters found a land filled with culture and possiblity, that place being Ulm. Their, Wilhelm has evolved his character from a childlike Kaiser to a now God like figure in the eyes of his people of Ulm as he has shown them the true possibilities of economic and social development in the small city state. As time has trailed, Ulm has looked upon the world from depression to turmoil, while Ulm only prospered with little what it had, swelling the population to over a million from Germans looking for opportunity in this heinous world. Today, 1936 we find ourselfs enveloped by the Germans as always but now, with Hitler, we find ourselfs in panic for security from the oppressors who call themselfs German. Well let them! As we call ourself ULM!!!
