The Villas at Amar City by KingLeno

A modern midrise apartment complex named after Silvarette's amazing YouTube series Amar City since he uses a lot of similarly styled apartment buildings. The building itself is modeled after Highland Row apartments in Memphis, TN however and the style is common in a lot of new developments across America.

Does anyone know how to move the prop signs up and down. I have move it and prop & tree anarchy on? Do I need another mod or is there a command key to move the prop signs up and down?

Thank you so much for doing this. I never expected to see these buildings at all, but they've become what shaped Amar City as a whole, and I think it's safe to say that I couldn't have done it without you. And as a sidenote, I'm glad the series got you to make these apartment buildings - New Urbanism-ish and midrise type buildings on large footprints are severely lacking in the game, these assets fill an important niche for many different styles of cities!
