Feather Pencil Tweak

A very simple mod that changes the feather pencil to have a durability (amount changable in the mod config) rather than just one use. Also allows you to toggle whether a feather pencil is needed to craft a map or rather to craft the cartographer's station instead, making maps only need papyrus.

Note: Any stacked feather pencils that already exist in your world will become just a singular pencil, so be sure to un-stack any that you might've already created.
