[PROPS] Construction Buoy V1.0

The first piece to a new utility collection that I'll be adding to at random. I'm actually in the process of collecting screenshots with this...

This 'CV' doesn't serve any purpose or function beyond acting as a prop for pretty screenshots. Maybe someone can find another use for it? I've added the absolute bare-minimum in terms of functionality, but I went WAY overboard on the spraying. This honestly took no more than a half hour to string together; I lucked out that everything just kinda 'lined up', and took no real effort or planning.

The idea behind this construction buoy is to serve as a marker to protect a shipyard or civil construction area from simple drones, as well as to literally map the boundary of that area. It was originally conceived with the notion that not only could I build a gravity source for my building area, but that maybe someday, the ADM core can be programmed to be a 'safe zone' of sorts, where construction is allowed, and the area is completely protected (to a certain radius from the center of the buoy).

I soon realized this was stupid, and I basically created a giant hunk of sh!t junk that, well, provided gravity. So it does that. And it looks cool in screenshots. This finished, I'm going to start a collection of utility props that don't necessarily do anything, but will look GREAT in screenshots. Maybe they'll all have one-off uses like this one, maybe I'll add a bit more usefulness to them. I guess we'll see if there are any comments?

It's not like it actually costs much, but when you consider that it doesn't really DO anything, it's complete bullsh!t. If you're setting up scenes for screenshots, chances are you're going to use your console to spawn it in, or use it in creative anyway (right?), so if you b!tch at me about this being expensive or useless, I will simply delete your comment.
