Hello, it doesn't work. i changed the size and perturbance to zero but still not working. i tried everything!

I try to move my mouse and click ,right-click,but......there is no wave.....The size and perturbance slide to the max,but nothing happened....Something wrong?It can run normally in browser,but desktop not....How can I fix it...

It used to work quite well, but recently there's no any ripple no matter how I move my mouse. Any idea to fix it?
