I actually prefer sniping at a safe distance in this game than going up close, hopefully they'll work out performance once they're done with the animations update

Im alright with the game being hard, but I think its just a bit weird that the characters move really fast and the thing you said about weapons, then again its in early access and it looks promising.

It moves a lot like WW1 Source (except you can strafe left or right at same speed as running) - Lot like Quake, but weapons are dead accurate and fast anything. It is a hard game to get good at. But thats thee point lol!

Does it play good? Because it looks really weird from the videos and stuff. Like movement and gunplay etc... It also seems really hard to snipe.

If I turn all on Ultra yeah, looks just like it. But I dont have the best rig. These are my default settings. I turn Dust off on Thunder though. Not for FPS reasons, it is just too heavy in some places.

I will be honest, it looks nothing like screenshots althou you have all the settings for scenery shot...

I dont have the most high end CP, but a pretty good one. My setup to keep at 90-100 fps, but still come VERY close to how they look in store page is:

Everything checked (on heavier maps turn off lights)
Uncheck VSynch
Texture Detail: Epic
Shadow Quality: High
Effects Quality: Low (this removes grass and makes fires/explosions not as crisp)
Post Process Quality: Low
Anti-Aliasing: Medium
Field of View: 110

Then finally, slide the screen percentage down to as far as you wish to go to squeeze out the rest.
