Let's be honest: It's a downward spiral from here.
This replaces some of the infected incapacitation/raep music with a meme to make you marginally less upset when your teammates ditch you. Sorry for the lack of a preview, I couldn't be bothered to take three minutes out of my day to upload a quick YT video.

What? Didn't expect a sh*tpost? Well, I'll have you know this took all of ten or fifteen minutes to make, and only that long because I was an idiot and kept exporting to the wrong WAV format for at least half of that time.
