[RIG] Universal ik rig

Description
Universal rig which hopefully should work with all bip_ and ValveBiped.Bip01_ models.
(Universal means that rig support models with/without collar bones, different number of spime bones)
Includes:
sfm\animset\rig_UniversalV3.py
