Then all you have to do is put the files you've downloaded into the "custom" folder, which should be located in the parameters of "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\nmrih\nmrih\custom", unless you installed the game to somewhere else, in that case just do the same step but in the destination that you alternately installed the game.

This just makes the game use the regular eye texture that's used for some of the other characters ie. Jive and Bateman, but instead uses it for the characters Badass, Butcher and Roje.
It also fixes their zombie texture variant, giving them proper zombified eyes for when they have turned into a zombie completely and proper human eyes for when they're still alive and in control by a player.
