Regardless I made some adjustments on the timings and the track to ensure the trains run smoothly. I ran two copies of the attraction in both opened and testing mode at three times speed left for an hour of real time and neither appears to have encountered any issues so I am hopeful this update should alleviate any issues that were previously occurring. Thanks.
I have no idea why a blueprint created before collision was possible requires this setting, but that is what has happened since the update.
