Descriere
Huge Pangaea map based off of ancient world maps of the Greeks and Romans. Features prominent civs of the time, however made for complete game (ancient to future). Some liberties have been taken in the design of the map, however represents the ancient world as close as I could get it.

Got CTD first time I launched a game on this map. But on later attempts I've had no issues whatsoever, and it is a cool map. So, dunno what that was.

This map looks very fun! I can't wait to try it out!

Hi... no worries. I did intend the world wrap. The idea is as if the world was actually as the anciennt Greeks and Romans believed as the map is based on their map. I did include a few continents on the outer banks for exploration reasons.

As far as the errors, I haven't noticed those issues myself, though I haven't played in a bit. Your specs seem fine, though I think the most likely culprate is the video card, I have always had issues with video cards and Civ V (until I got my alienware). You can try updating your drivers for the GeForce... that would be my best suggestion.

Good luck and let me know how it comes out. If you see anything that you question or think should be improved, let me know. Just be aware that I may not have much chance to update right now as I have a lot going on.

Sorry for the comment spam, but although I got the scenario to work properly, it seems world wrap is activated. Was that your intention? Also, when crossing the border and wrapping over to the other side, ships will either jump across the screen, or cause the game to lock up, at least for me (but my system is 16 GB RAM, 4 cores, GeForce GTX 680, etc.).

I didn't see the "load scenario" button. It was partially concealed. I'll try again with that selected.

I think this is an awesome idea, but for some reason I got no city-states, and starting positions are shuffled. For example, Rome started somewhere around Jerusalem.

I can't promise how soon I will get it done, but I will work on creating different map sizes as soon as I can. Best case would be by next weekend. Worse case may take a few weeks or more. In any case, I have added that to my todo list and will work on it as I get a chance. I should note that I know that the smaller it gets, the more sacrifice there will be (loss of civs and city-states, as well as reduction in resources.

Could you make this map so I can play a standard map. My computer is old and huge maps take forever.

Updated the mod with a **CORRECT** version of the map. Also updated the map to include Songhai and shifting of some civs, city-states, resources and ruins.

Sorry to hear that... I don't have a map so I don't know if there is anything I can do to fix it. Or is there just no mod support with Macs?
