You’ll have to increase your beast master skills if you want to tame all of them also some of beasts are ridable if you have the beast rider skill

Dhole

These animals are small and common they are easy to find and provide some support

Wolfs can be found at night

White wolf

They are quite common to come across with other wolfs at night.

Rare Stripe Wolf

Jaguar

they are stealthy and can attack unsuspecting enemies. However, the nearby enemies won’t be alerted only if the target is idle.

They are not easy to spot because of their size, so you should check the bushes and listen in order to locate them.

Brown Bear

They are ridable if you have the beast rider skill.

Sabretooth Tiger

They are ridable if you have the beast rider skill but they cant swim

Cave bears are not ridable,but they are bigger and stronger than the brown bears

Great Scar Bear

Great Scar bears are a rare type of beast that can only be found in beast master hunts.In order to tame Great Scar Bear you need to defeat him first

Bloodfang Sabretooth

Bloodfang sabretooths are also part of the beast master hunts. You only could tame him after you defeat him. You can ride him but Bloodfang Sabertooth cant swim like a normal one

Snowblood Wolf

Snowblood Wolfs are the part of beast master hunts. In order to tame him you need to defeat 3 of them. after defeating 3rd wolf you will tame him

How to spot rare animals

Rare animals appear in hunting quests and rarely in world and every rare animal have path of smoke that you can see when using hunters vision

My apologies for the mix up, the guides were both similar enough I thought they were by the same person. As for the location of materials, a lot of them only spawn in certain reigons, and some areas of those reigions have a lot of nodes, such as the River SW of the Snow Shwalda Outpost for North Clay. Also, a few of the animals, such as the Bloodfang Sabertooth are Quest specific, and cant be found roaming. Rare animals do spawn randomly, yes, but also only within certain reigons, and often at certain times of day/night. For myself, trying to hunt down the Rare Black Lion for example, knowing if it's a night creature, and if it's quest exclusive would help a great deal.

Kreldin Foxclaw in farcry primal there is no actual location of spawning materials or rare animals its just luck

Kreldin Foxclaw, if you're talking about this crafting guide , it's not Bulldozer's, it's mine. :)
And regarding my crafting guide, it DOES tell you much more then the menus in game, since you CAN'T see any of the future upgrades requirements:

Nice guide, along with your crafting one, but they really dont tell you very much the menus in game dont already tell you. If you could add information about where to actually FIND said creatures/materials, the guides would be significantly more useful.
