Anyone figure out the tin glitch or how to get it as a usable resource?

agree with the others who got tin but couldn't use it...

Europeans first discovered corn in the 16th century, so how could they have possibly have named it? ALIENS. The County of Cornwall is a spaceship!

Was able to get tin mines to pop however they would not register , and could not make the units that required tin

Was unable to get any tin despite extended effort.

Agree with mikevarn. Played an entire game as Cornwall, had about two-dozen cities at the end.. Put a mine on every single hilL (I like production...). No tin showed up. At all. Also, I did try YNAEMP with Cornwall and spawned in Manchuria. Any idea what caused that? The Wikia says it is compatible with YNAEMP.

Further play note: 1) Where's the tin. Have now completed 2 full games, 1 as Cornwall, 1 with Cornwall as opponent. Not a single tin in either game. If Tin is to be useful for those interesting early game units, a serious rethinking about generation is warranted.

2) Droll Teller fun but should probably explicitly note that expended DT creating tales instead of GW cannot be traded for other GW. Reasonable as they are oral tradition tales as opposed to standard litereature, although argument can be made the other way. As it stands of course, theming for Great Library and Oxford cannot be filled.

Play note: Tin resource interesting, but as a only a chance occurance, limited usefulness. Up to Medieval with 8 mines and not a single tin.

Tin shows up but does not add as a resource to use

i live in cornwall; it goes without sayin there should, as many i think will agree - a long term affliction of annoyance i might say - that an evolutionary culture-social-political-economic engine would allow my homeland to be the claimant to the western hemisphere!! not only do we have the dominancy on land of myths and mythology (maybe little known), pirates made easy anchor here, plus the {perhaps tamed} rarely sited beast of bodmin moor making an appearance as a novelty. most of this drunken rambling comes from a deepseated need, lust etc to see a game that not only creates a nation, but learns that nation via internet, and allows a fluid chain of minigames (whether installed and prepayed, or taxed pay-per-view...) i thought of an example; GTA: Live, skirting around graphically advanced versions of games like Populus, Star Trek+Wars games... Lemmings??? haha never happen? as you can see the cornish not only have a passion for advancement, they oolzou nat rooufnecx!!!
