This is a re-texture of Hamilton Station Apartments http://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=746529196&searchtext=hamilton
It was created at the same time and I've only used it for personal use, but decided to upload it. The second picture (aerial screenshot) on the Hamilton Station page is actually this asset.

Even with WG pop checked or checked, doesnt change anything and they highres too, dam these are nice buildings too =[

i tried doing the local settings in rico, doesnt not change anything. when i first started a new game, the first hamilton worked, 32 household. then the next 5 only 1 =/

@havoc_skies don't use releastic population mod, or use RICO to set your own.

so i have this building and it only holds 1 household and only 3 people...... any help on why this is?

I love all your stuff. I was saying to myself when I was starting up this game for the first time in a long time that I'd want to make Hamilton and then I see this right in the sidebar along with almost everything to make Hamilton Marketplace and Nassau Park Boulevard (not technically Hamilton but who doesn't go there?)

@mtm70 If you go to Content Manager and then district themes you'll be able to create a new theme, to add buildings go to the asset you want to add, click the down arrow button and hit 'Add to theme'
