Introduction
Hello Everyone

Half of the War Thunder community wants an Europen tech tree, or at least an Italian-Hungarian. I prefer more the Italian-Hungarian one, because the Hungarian and Italian tanks was similar. But this guide is about the Hungarian tanks. I think everyone knows that the Hungarians dont have enough veichle to make a full tech tree, and 60% of the Hungarian tanks is added to the game as a tier 1-2 tank, and i dont want it. But this isn't meant that the Hungarian tanks are weak, or the Hungarian tanks stuck in tier 2 (because we got a lot of great tanks from other nations).

"Hungarian roads... and the enemy have no chance"

Luckily i have a few solution, because the Hungarians got tanks from the Third Reich and from the Soviet Union as i said earlier (Hungarian Marked Tanks, like the German KV-2, Panzerkampfwagen Churchill or the Soviet T-III, and the M4A2 (76)W Sherman, and those tanks was bigger. I'm also going to speak about the decorative items and signages.

Special thanks to the Ténydaráló they helped me finding information about Cold war, and modern Tanks.

What about the Tanks
As I said, not every tank is 100% Hungarian, so I tell a little story about the Hungarian history, and after that, you will understand why this tanks used by Hungarians:

Hungary was a member of the Axis Power. The Hungarians are built a few Light and "Heavy" (Medium) tanks in the war, but they didn't really bulit bigger tanks. At the end of the war, the Third Reich gave to Hungary some Tanks, like the Tiger I, Stug, Hetzer.

After the war, Hungary was Occupied by the Soviet Union, and the Hungarian "Govermant" created the "Hungarian People's Army" witch was armed by Soviet weapons (and tanks) like the T-34/85, T-54/55 etc.

In 1956, the Hungarians took up arms, removed the Stalin statue, and the revolution has begun. The revolutionaires destroyd, captured and used a lot of Soviet tanks like the ISU-152, T-34/85 etc.

And this is the two reason, why the Hungarians have this much "Hungarian Marked Tanks"

The Rubin reorganization and the dark side of the Goulash Communism.

As some of you guy know in 1956 October 23. Hungary tried to made an attempt to exit the communist regime, the revolution was failed, but at least we got rid of Rákosi Mátyás, and the Hungarian peoples got a new leader called Kádár János and a new communist era began. The "Goulash Communism" or "Frigider Communism" as you like to call, and Hungary became "The happiest barracks in the socialist camp". But not everything was that ideal as i told you..
The Hungarian Nation Army wanted to organized into an independently deployable brigade, the army also attempted to make vehicles deployable in the first line successfully. However, luckily no self-employed army was created. And why i said luckily? Because this brigade was designed to kill the people in case if a new '56 would happened.

T-55AM Hungarian Version

The biggest Hungarian development affecting the armored weapon was the development of the T-55AM.
Since 1984, 144 T-55As have been converted in the Gödöllő repair shop (the sources mention larger numbers, but they have been serviced so far) The 144 T-55AM tanks received Czechoslovak-produced "Kladivo" fire control system, thermal sleeve on gun, new mounting for 12,7mm HMG, a laser rangefinder, mounted over the barrel, inside a large rectangular armoured box. Hungarian tanks fitted with BDD add-on armour blocks on the turret front-sides area and glacis (known as the "horse-shoes" or the "Brezhnev's eyebrow" armour). The type was partly unsuccessful due to the unreliable Kladico FCS and inadequate mobility (Hungarian vehicles never received new engines).

The BDD armour panels consist of armoured steel boxes filled with Penpolyurethane and thin HHS steel plates. The BDD semi-reactive armor adding 120mm of protection against APDS and 200-250mm of protection against HEAT ammunition, thus these tanks had similar protection as early versions of T-72 (similary to the Czech AM2s).

"Rocket Launcer" Veichle
The next is a hungarian secret weapon! And i dont talking about the „Titan” (some kind of Ultrasound Cannon, and yes, the Hungarians are really tried to build one…)

44M Buzogány (44M Mace Bullet)

Hungary was the third nation in the world, after the Third Reich and America, which Built Deployable Anti-Tank Missiles. The Caliber of the 44M Buzogány was 215 mm and it was filled with more than 4 kg explosive material. And the hungarians fitted this missiles onto trucks.

Weapons: 2x 215 mm „Panzerfaust”

Engine Power: ? (depends on the type of the truck)

???
Kódnév: TVR (Titán az Ultrahang Ágyú)
Codename: TVR (Titan the Ultrasound Cannon)

I don't think this should be added to the game, it's just interesting.
I'm not sure about this but actually this thing have the same right to be in the game as the 10,5 cm King Tiger and more right to be as the E-100. So yes I mention this thing in the guide because its crazy and very terrifying that a weapon like this actually almost existed.

Weapons: 1x 2 m Ultrasound Parabola Cannon (weapon range: 8 km)
Secondary Weapon: ???
Hull Armor: ??? mm – ?? mm
Creew: ? person
Weight: ?? t
Engine Power: ??? Hp (Horse Power)
?? Hp/T (Horse Power/Ton)
Speed: ?? km/h

So a little History about this "Thing"

The Creator of the Titan Ultrasound Cannon was Tihanyi Kálmán. Tihanyi traveled all over Europe with his inventions: from TV-controlled weapons to unmanned aerial vehicles, he achieved very nice theoretical results, but during the World War he wanted to work at Hungary. He kept himself away from the Germans and from the Hungarian Nacionalist Leadership, he feared what would happen if this weapon fell into their hands, so in the end he sabotaged the manufacture of the weapon. And here comes the scary part, the Titan was 80% Completed, and in the end only the written documentation remained, which can be found in the archives of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences till this day.

The Ultrasound would have been properly controlled with a large parabolic mirror, but no one has yet reviewed the existing documents (at least that's what they said), so we cannot technically evaluate the Titan accurately. What is certain is that in 1946 Tihanyi himself was looking for pieces of the prototype.

Once I saw a "fan drawing" of the Titan Ultrasound Cannon, It was an armored truck with the parabola on the top of the truck. More like the German Sdkfz 251/20 Ausf.D but with a different looking truck and with a bigger parabola.

So yes... The main reason why I mentioned this becase its a very interesting and mysterious weapon And its worth knowing about. Actually I would be very surprised if I would see this in the game
Customizations
Decals

Im going to start with the signage:

First is the Horthy Era:
"A Kormányzóért!" (For the Governor!)
"Tűzzel Vassal" (with Fire and Iron )
"Pálinka" (I think i don't need to translate this)
"Egy szív, egy akarat, előre a győzelemre!" (One Heart, one Will, forward to victory!)
"Atila fia" (Son of Attila)

There is a lot of signage from the Revolution like:
