Overview
Similar to the 6-Armed Snowflake map but smaller for 4 players. This map is geared towards early warmongers. Domination or religious victory FTW!

Each player starts off on one of four "leaves", but depending on who you play you may want to move your settler to the center and found your capital near Mt. Everest. A natural wonder granting you bonus yields and two horses.

As AI caps spawn on the coast, capital seiges will require naval support. So if you do not settle in place but near Mt. Everest, I recommend building/buying a galley or two to support your army.

Scythia
A perfect map for Scythia being mostly flat terrain with plenty of horses.

Build Horsemen and Saka Horse Archers from your capital founded by Mt. Everest and decimate your opponents one by one!

Build some kurgans to help pay for your horde.
Aztecs
Found your capital by Mt. Everest. Complement your Eagle Warriors with Horsemen and eliminate your nearest neighbours.

Don't forget to research Masonry to support them with a battering ram in case your opponents construct walls before you reach their cap.
Sumeria

Spam War-Carts (which you can build from the get go) and take out your nearest enemies. Bring battering rams.
Egypt

The Maryannu Chariot is IMO the most underestimated unit in Civ 6. It is in fact an excellent ranged unit that can decimate your enemies on flatland. Yes, they can also make excellent city bombards! But unlike Sumeria or the Aztecs you don't have to bother with battering rams if your opponents build walls. Just be sure keep your chariots behind melee front lines.
The Maori
An excellent map for The Maori.

You can disembark and settle the natural wonder Galapagos Islands or the Great Barrier Reef, as alternative strategy to settling in place. You will be able to play more aggressively this way and it will give you an edge in religious warfare.
The Maya
Walk your settler to the centre of the map and settle near Mt. Everest.

That will allow you to settle cities 6-tiles away from your capital to claim the centre. With control of Mt. Everest you can go for a religious victory, if domination doesn't take your fancy.
Others
For coastal starts, I'd recommend playing Norway , Japan or Portugal. (See guide for 6-Armed Snowflake). You will certainly need quadririmes to pummel city defences and a combination of naval and land units to dominate the map.

Also for classical era offensives I suggest Rome and the Kongo.
Game Modes
Definitely do not play with Zombie Defence mode.

Dramatic Ages will be incredibly challenging on this map.
