Whetstone Kit

Add whetstone kit to sharpens tools.
Default recipe is now :
- 3 cutstones and 5 flints

You can customise:
- Amount of uses (3 to 20) default is 5
- Percentage of durability recovered for an item per kit use (5% to 100% per use) default is 35% per use
- Type of the stone ingredient (cutstone, goldnugget, rocks, marble or moonrocknugget) default is custone
- Amount of the stone ingredient (1 to 10) default is now 3
- Type of the sharp ingredient (flint or houndtooth) default is flint
- Amount of the sharp ingredient (1 to 10) default is now 5

This mod allow you to repair non-craftable items like
- Tentacle spike
By default, in options, this item is disabled.

Compatibility with other mod:
There are currently once way to be compatible with my mod.
When creating your own item add this line in your prefab file

inst:AddTag("needssharpening")

This line allow your custom item to be sharpens by my mod.
