Since there is no guide, that lists all the traders and quest givers in the game, I decided to make one with all the NPCs, that me and the community has found so far and I will update the guide when more of them will be found.

Anyone interested in contributing to the guides content is welcome to do so in the comments. Anyone, that helps out with the guides creation will be added to the contributors list.
