Found this on accident, feel like people should know. Don't take this route if you are trying to get tickets, and don't worry, this doesn't require any cheats or bug exploits. Don't do this if you are interested in story or plot.

Go to the Account Selection Screen In-Game

After you destroy the first core file, you will be taken to the account selection screen. You are supposed to go to the Guest account, but don't this time. (I remind you, DO NOT FOLLOW THIS GUIDE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN STORY.) Normally, you would learn that the password of the Hopeless Soul's account was "2734." Enter this code in his account password screen BEFORE learning it.

The Account Screen

After you are taken to Hopeless Soul's account screen, you will see him teleport away off the screen. Usually, you wouldn't be able to, but open up the portal generator. Click on any space, and then click the portal.

you can skip beezlebub by colecting all of the tickets after beating the game but you have to fight hopless soul then go out of bounds

i have seen this before
if you did this before then it is just always possible unless you reset completly via a data wipe

RSunDragon, sorry, no way of skipping him as far as I've found, but once you beat him you'll feel soo satisfied.

I found this out by accident as well, i think it must be intentional, as the game creator probably didn't want to waste people's time, if they had to repeat that part.
