Introduction
This is not a place for full walkthroughs (usually), but for the tedious search-parts and Paper-Chases in quests which have no mission markers yet.

I'll update this as I go along. Here's to hoping it helps ;)

A few basics:
  • Yes, you'll get a Quad bike. You obtian it through main missions and can use it at level 25.
  • Mithra is at the science camp - in the main building, on the balcony.
Hook-up and Start-up
Location: Ark Surroundings

  • You'll start (and end) the quest at the Mining Camp (with the Tentacle crater), but you need to go into the Digger Cave for parts of the quest
  • Huxley (back at the camp) will give you an objective that'll take you to Morgue (Science Camp, South of the Ark)
  • The follow-up quest (Harpoon) eventually takes you to the Infirmary inside the Ark

Man-Eating Larvae
Location: Ark Surroundings

  • You're looking for a cave south of the Ark/Harbinger, right up the hill behind Checks.

Hound Lair & Hound Dung
Location: Gimbler Lands

  • Dung is not a drop, it's an interactable item on the ground

Scrap Metal
Location: Dump

The objectives are sprayed over the two plateaus.
  • The first three (four if you include the quest starter) are on the lower plateau, closer to the beginning of the Dump.
  • The following three are closer to the entrance of the crashed ship, on the upper plateau

You are looking for metal rods and corpses




Remember, the following are on the upper plateau:



Good Ol' Trash-Digging
Location: Dump

  • All of the objectives are on the lower level
  • You are looking for small pieces of junk (varying appearance) that you can interact with

Hound Help
Location: Gimbler Lands

  • You're looking for classic bear traps.
  • Start the quest by finding a hound corpse.

Inspection
Location: Harbinger, The Wall

  • Ed is located in the Harbinger/Ark outside the bar (The Hole) in the longue area.
  • Hasan is located inside the Wall (big structure at the center of the map)
  • The tests require you to place your quad on the platforms ( 'v' key)
  • Sometimes you may need to mount/dismount, if an objective does not trigger
  • Marcus is located inside the Ark/Harbinger near the Memorial Statue, near a wall

Eco Monitoring
Location: Wall (west of), Ark Surroundings, Gimpler Lands

  • Obtain Blood Samples
  • Find Soil Sample
  • Find Water Sample

The Lost Supplies
Location: Gimbler Lands

You're looking for little yellow/grey cases
The Utilizer
Location: Wall (west of), Lost Desert

Almost everything is within arms reach once you obtain this quest.
The Radio Station is a quest item in your inventory.

The dumping site is located in the lost desert (Ark Surroundings, north of the Science Camp in the Raider Cave):

The Loss
Location: Ark Surroundings

  • 1 - Quest Start (Gloves: up the stair way, door to the left, table)
  • 2 - Find A.F. (Metal Hatch: Morgue)
  • 3 - Frank (Frank: Digger Mines)
  • 4 - Diary (behind trailer by the cliff, interactable box)

No Compromise
Location: Ark Surroundings, Gimpler Lands

  • 1 - Follow the coordinates: Drive by/around the Disciple Camp near the obelist
  • 2 - Interact with the thing next to the ammo box
  • 3 - Designated Location
  • 4 - Destroy Mobile base (tough nut to get an angle on, see second screenshot)
  • 5 - Raider Lair



Thingie
Location: Wall (west of), Ark Surroundings, Gimbler Lands

  • If you want to skip the paper chase at the expense of cash, buy the stuff from PuzzleTech
  • If you're going to hunt for the pieces, you're looking for spots you can examine (eye icon)

  • 1 - Sound Processor (or Amplifier, idk)
  • 2 - Sound Amplifier (or Processor - I D K D: )
  • 3 - Printed Board
  • 4 - Battery
  • 5 - Semiconductor (bought from Puzzletech, middle console north in the shop)

The Transmitter should be in a ditch/crater straight beyond the wall.
