Fixed bugs and add couple of teams to Polska 3. Liga

NEW VERSION OF POLSKA 3. LIGA!
Now this league is diveved to two groups: PÓŁNOCNA (North) and POŁUDNIOWA (South). Both groups have 35 teams (all 70)
Also:
Fixed bugs and created couple of teams and updated their squads.
