So you Wanna Play the Jug...
Well then...

The first step to mastering the mighty jug is actually unlocking it, and spading it, and all that boring stuff, but since I've had it spaded for about a year and a half I have no idea how to spade it. I assume just load up ground targets ammo and blast away. Whatever works for you.
Setting Up Da Dakka Dakka Dakka!
Only skrubmuffins use tracers...

Use stealth if you wanna be Cheeki Sneaky, and universal fore verything else. Ground Target belts I hear work good but tbh I would stick with universal; sets planes on fire real good.

As for convergence; I use 500m. It works below that with the D and M models because the guns are fairly close together (For the N-15 I use 400m) and of course it is good for longer range shots. 50s can hit targets as far as 1.5km away. In head ons start shooting at 1.1 or 1.0km away max. You don't have to lead too much and you will get used to the guns anyway.

Don't forget you have a lot of ammo so spray and pray bbi.
Flight Model
In general, it is quite decent...

You get a 3,000 feet start, and you are moving at about 250 MPH which gives you a lot of energy advantage. By the time your team is taking off you can be at 6k feet. The climb rate is decent; I climb at about 162 MPH.

On the deck you can push 340 MPH and maybe 350. The energy retention for it's Battle Rating (3.7) is quite nice, it's roll rate is decent, its control surface authority is nice, and it's turn time above 22k feet is better than pretty much average. Below that most planes will outperform you in terms of acceleration and turn time, if not top speed.

It takes a while but once you get in tune with the plane you will know it's quirks and how to fly it (see next section).
Tactics - How to fly this Big Beast
Climb to 20,000 feet, boom and zoom.

I climb to 20k and flatten out, maybe to 22k feet max. Then I flatten out and get some speed. The plane compresses at speeds over 450 mph, so keep that in mind when diving.

What do I mean by "boom and zoom?" You can turnfight and energy fight in the Jug, if you use flaps, engine control, etc. However in most situations you wanna get the heck out of there,

Again, this is my first plane with over 100 kills in RB so I am really in tune with it. You just gotta get used to it and soon you will be the senpai of this plane like meh.

This guide is perfekt in every way This guide is still a work in progress. Lemme know what you think and thanks for reading!
