Opis
Note: I no longer edit/ update this mod. Anyone is free to download and change the code as well as re-upload it to the workshop, on the condtion that credit is given.

This mod is based on a file written by the SCP wiki's community: http://www.scp-wiki.net/scp-008


This is my first proper mod... so.. yeah... prepare yourself for the mediocre mod of an idiot

This mod has not been tested in multiplayer... I don't really have a way to test it with another player so yeah... anyone who can mess around with this in multiplayer, please, do your best to break it and tell me about it.

Commands:
scp_008_config (Must be entered twice due to an unknown issue still being looked into)
ConVars:
scp_infect_time
scp_infect_range
scp_zombie_limit


This mod is compatible with another one of my mods, SCP-500.

Recently added features/ fixes:

Fixed issue where clients on dedictated servers could not edit settings through the menu.
Bug fixes


Known Issues:

-Headcrabs appear after a headshot kill to a zombie
-Zombies still have a chance of spawning a headcrab after death
-The fact that im the creator of this thing
-When initially attempting to open the config menu, it will not open, the command must be entered a second time
-When restarting the list, it is not repopulated properly, close and re-open the menu to fix this, or press restart again.


Possible future updates:

-VJBase Zombie support (they're better to default zombies in every way)
-A configuration menu which allows the server admins to whitelist certain teams to make them immune to infection |Released, but has a few minor issues still|
-Possible infection through zombie's created by the SCP (Like when a player is attacked they have an x% chance of infection) Added

If you find a bug, please post it in the comments, if theres a lua error, post the error in the comments as well

Cat, 0.82 was just released. And Sleepy, as for that infection time bug, I just tested it myself just now and infection time still affects both zombies and the entity itself perfectly fine. It may be another addon affecting your version. Try playing around with infection times, like setting it to 0 and getting a zombie to infect you

understandable. one more thing. it seems the infection time needs some bug fixes. example:say i put the time to 100 seconds. getting infected from the jar itself works fine. but getting hit from a zombie takes like 10 seconds to die from infection. is this just me?
