Getting the quest:

Okay , first of all , you obviously need to go to the Liberator . (Located South of the map) . Upon reaching the Liberator , you will eventually meet Wallace (Pirate).Talk to him and then click"Need any help". He will give you the quest and you can start after you accept it.


Finding the Fishing Rod:
If you came to the Liberator empty handed , you need a fishing rod to start with. The best nearest possible location is : Camp Kazan


It has 2 fishing spots there so there is a chance for fishing rods to spawn there.

Finding nail (1) + wires (2):

This part is where it can get really frustrating. The location to go next is Keryev (North-East from Camp Kazan)


This location has a Mechanic and 3 other buildings. Go to the mechanic and there will be a small hut across it. The small hut might spawn metal scraps and nails. If you do not have nails, You can simply craft it using 2x Metal scrap. Next , go to a warehouse looking building and you will find wires. Check the minecarts too.

If you do not find 2 wires:
This is not the worst case scenario. Go back to the mechanic and try to find a blowtorch and 3 metal scraps. Then craft the metal scrap to metal bars and then to wires.

Now this is a worser case scenario.
If you cannot find a blowtorch , you either have to move on(recommended) or stay till the item spawn resets. If you decided to move on , Go to Moscow constrution site. It might spawn wires there . If still no wires , go to the mechanic and hopefully to get a blowtorch.

Even worse than "worser case scenario".
Go to Vorkuta Junction and pray to Wallace to find 2 wires. Blowtorch does not spawn there.
Check the containers on the trains too.

Even worse than "even worse than worser case scenario" scenario Go to the Junkyard (East of vorkuta junction)(unlisted on the map) . There will be both wires and blowtorch spawning there. And if you still do not have both , I am sorry and good luck trying to find it by going back to Vorkuta,Moscow and Keryev.

Forgot to add this : You can go to Zavod for metal scrap and wires too.

Finding Raw Explosive

The only military base in Russia is Volk

This phase is simple. Clear the zombies and go to the barracks . You will find a Raw Explosive there. B-b-b-but if you don't find one? Go to a tunnel (West from Zavod) or the Militarised/Militarized zone in Moscow.

Crafting it
Get the skill Crafting to level two.
Get experience by killing zombies , cutting trees etc.

Getting the new quest
Head your way back to the Liberator and talk to Wallace to get your rewards. (+50 exp and +5 rep)
After you accept , you will get a new quest "The One That Got Away"

Catching the squid
Catching a squid can be really hard but there is some tips to catch it easily. Chance of getting a squid is 0.3% . According to an Unturned Reddit Post (Link on a thank you section) It is easier to catch rare fishes during the dawn and dusk. I can confirm it is somewhat correct because I got a birch stick on a first try (0.6%) and got the Squid on my 26th try. Only if we are that lucky on Unturned/CS:GO/TF2 Unboxing :P


Another tip :
If you caught a Raw Bass and/or Raw Salmon , Go to Chef Leonard and sell for 40 and 30 experience respectively.
