This is a great map and I have played through it many times. However, after spending several hours going through my mods one by one I have determined this map to be the culprit of an unregistered conflict with the "Improved Blood Textures" mod. Seems it makes the blood textures appear as 4x4 repeating squares.

Everytime I get to the the first elevator, it just goes down on it's own

I had zero issues with crashes, but I only use bot mod and music.

First I need to say "AWESOME" Campaign! I play with bots. This one was the hardest yet. In case you don't know this; when you use the "Simple Bots" mod. They love shooting exploding barrels.
They don't care if you are next to one either. The jerks killed me three times.
