U.S. Coastal Artillery Forts Mod - by Gamer_1745

Updated to Torch 1.3.2 and works with or without Together for Victory.

This mini-mod adds the historical coastal forts of the United States as of 1936 that are missing in HOI IV. This mod should be compatible with most all mods unless they change the province & state ID numbers of the United States. More forts were added after 1936 until the end of the war, these are not included.

Event text:
The U.S. Army Coast Artillery Corps (CAC) was a corps level organization responsible for coastal, harbor, and anti-aircraft defense of the United States between 1901 and 1950. The one foreign posting was in the Philippines which guarded Manila Harbor and included Fort Drum which was a concrete Battleship style fort. These Coastal forts were a major part of the United States defense system are missing in HOI IV. This is a very small preview of the Upcoming mod Uncle Sam's Events. I know the event images does not display well & will be corrected before the main mod is released.

This new updated version includes the forts in the Philippines.
