It's easy to do with Aurelia, just throw action skill, wait until everyone is frozen in the room, slam.

I used the method of using the cryo vine in Outlands Canyon as below. This guide was useful in starting a conversation on different strategies, so thanks!

The best place for this achievement is the tork cave in Stanton's Liver. It's a small area with tons of torks and cryo vines.

Just make sure you kill the Swagman and the bloatflies ASAP as they will attack the torks.

I did something like this. I did it in the same area only with an Oz kit with cryo slam. As long as you don't slam from too high you won't kill them right away, and i think it works best on the regular torks since they have a bit more health

I've made it just minutes ago... Another way to do this: Go to Outlands Canyon via fast travel, take the jump pad on your left side, and you will land on a area that will have a Cryo Vine on the center of it. Just lure some enemies near it, and make the same thing of the screenshots here, jump above the Crio Vine, and shoot (I touched the Cryo Vine to do this. A little more risky, but got more enemies near me to get frozen). Once they got frozen, do a butt slam, and you will get the achievement.
