2nd attempt at this asset creation thingy. Getting a better understand on texture maps at least. Dimensions seems kinda off, especially the height. Oh well.

Model is based on this building.[www.google.com]

2x1 Level 1 High Density Commericial, Growable:

-357 Tris main model / 1024x1024 texture maps (D,N,S,I)
-10 Tris LOD model / 128x128 texture maps (D,I)
- Should be able to work with RICO mod.

Correction: I found the culprit https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1119292360 - just in case someone else sees this and is subbed to the same. This building was simply small thus grew in after the asset I linked to punched a whole in my zoning.

I am having an issue where suddenly I come back to a high comm district and there is a 2x2 square missing in my zoning.

This building, I notice, is always near it. I suspect this asset is punching a 2x2 hole into my zoning once it grows in. I am going to remove to see if it continues.

Thanks. I used Blender. Watching & researching a ton of tutorials on 3dmodelling/asset making before I do anything helps a lot. Also got some tips from the big dogs themselves.

Yup, already started a third building but I don't wanna rush it. I want to work on my noobish skill level first, particularly dimensions & uv/texture mapping.
