Introduction
Have you just started with CS:GO or maybe are you already a semi-pro player? This training guide will improve your skill regardless of your current skill level. The training guide is designed for players of all skills.

The training guide will be over a period of 7-days, where you will train on the given workshop maps. This intense training course should be used every week for you to improve! You should schedule your own time to start and have break times so you don't get overwhelmed with the course. You will need to do this course EVERY week, this guide is designed for you to be able to train every week on a set schedule. You may stop using this guide whenever. (You are free to do whatever you want once you have finished that day's training. Just don't move on to the next day right away, you would understand if you have taken a Psychology class.)
Before Getting Started
To start with our training course you have to download three maps from the Steam Workshop, which are:

Aim Botz
Recoil Master
Aim Course 2

Another source, which you will need is a great website sothatwemaybefree[www.sothatwemaybefree.com], where you can find a detailed description and help on how to throw grenades on all tournament maps.

A good way to train is to watch people who are better than you at a game. Go on youtube there are multiple Tubers that give really important tips and information on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. One YouTuber to learn from is BananaGaming he teaches you how to play like a pro!

Day 1: Aim
Step 1:
Start with something light like a quick warm-up. Warm-ups serves as a preparation for specific training and takes place on the map AIM BOTZ. IMPORTANT NOTE! During the warm-up, do not use your primary weapon (!), i.e. does not choose AK47 or M4. This time is needed to “prepare” your hands and mind for the overall workout, so it will be nice to extract more from it by choosing a custom weapon, which you are using less often, for example. Galil, Famas or SMG/UMP weapons. You can use as much time as you need, but don’t wear your hands out.

Step 2:
Recoil training is a very important practice which will make you better in spraying from the most popular weapons. The Map RECOIL MASTER is the best choice to do so. Practice on this map using the (AK47 & M4) switch to the (Galil & Famas) every once in awhile.

Step 3:
Aim training is made to improve your overall aim in the game and ameliorate your response time. It takes place on the maps AIM COURSE 2. Proceed to get on the map AIM COURSE 2 and go through the course and try to beat your time each session on that map. It would be best if you wrote down your times to keep track of your improvement. Go for taps and headshots if possible, but remember to work on spray as well.

Note: The targets in the course may take multiple shots to eliminate.

Step 4:
Deathmatch training is a versatile training and serves as a summary of the day. It will help you to improve your overall movement and reflex in the game. For this go to a DM match and practice for 20-30 minutes to improve your overall movement and reflex in the game.
Day 2: Training Smokes & Observe Demo
Before you start working on you aim, go watch part/all of a Major/Minor League demo on a map that would would like to get better at. Preferably the same map throughout this week. Take notes on positions they play, how they deal with situations, and effective nade/smoke/flash spots. Knowing what is effective and applying it to the training will help a lot.

Go to the website sothatwemaybefree[www.sothatwemaybefree.com], where you can find a detailed description and help on how to throw grenades on all tournament maps. You do not need to know them all. Select and train only those that you think they will be useful in the future, i.e. those that match under your game style. (You can always refer to the demo’s for effective nade spots)

Step 1:
Today you will be learning/practicing Smokes spots.
Smoke training is designed to teach you the key smokes that will be needed in a tournament match. Learn 2-3 smoke spots for offensive use (Terrorist), and 2-3 for defensive use (Counter-Terrorist). Hop on a offline server with no bots to start practicing some smokes.

Start off by doing a quick warm-up on the map, AIM BOTZ for about 10-20 minutes. Then hop on a DM server and warm-up again for a little bit.

Step 2:
Over the period of this guide you may or may not have improved at all but that is ok. As you continue to use this guide you will eventually get better based on how motivated you are. Now is the time to apply everything you learned over the week. Start by joining a Competitive match either through Valve, ESEA, CEVO, or Faceit. Remember to think about you smoke/flash/molotov spots and effective positions. Do not worry about winning or losing that match, your goal is to prove that the training you learned is effective in game.

Note: When you go to practice, make sure you take your time aiming at the players' heads first then fire your gun. Don't worry about dying as it will make you stressed even more so than you probably already are.
