Welcome to Scepterpan City!

This city is dedicated to diversity, breath-taking landscapes (urban, rural, and natural), and leisure! Scepterpan City is filled to the brim with amazing facilities for any visitor! Stay at Scepterpan Island Resort for easy access to high-end Avicenna Avenues, or the theme park of Scepterland! Scepterpan South is the pinnacle of the city, with the tallest tower over looking the bay, caught as a peak between the Scepterpan Volcano and Tephra Mountain. There are many things more to visit, like the Royal Court of the ancient kings, or the lofty casinos of Raffia Strip! The Tournament Arena in St. Laurentius, as well as many historical buildings all around the city!

From the 30th of September 2015 until the 30th of September 2016 I have worked on this map. Every week since the first I have added a new district, aiming to give every district a distinct character. I have documented the development of the map in my YouTube Series Kingly Scepterpan City - every video ends with a cinematic like the trailer here; if you wish to see only those, I will refer you to the Scepterpan City Montages.

With Scepterpan City I hope to inspire other city-builders with my esthetic choices throughout the series, aspiring to improve anyone's sense of purpose in the game.

Thx thers not alot of savegames with no DLC needed or some DLC I have in them

@lcpdfr I ran this city on 16GB RAM (DD3), but I did play it on low or medium texture quality - usually because I was also watching videos on my second monitor. I have heard, however, that since the last update (December 2016, I believe) the game is a bit smoother - so it might actually be better!

Plus I have designed the city so that a lot of districts are obscured by the mountains and cliffs, so you might actually want to also use the mod 'Less Steam' (https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=812107110&searchtext=) to make your RAM usage lower.

@BrowncoatTrekky Ah, yes, BrowncoatTrekky! It is a bit sad yes, but by the power of the Steam Workshop, Scepterpan City lives ever more!

I am pretty excited for the second series. I have been thinking of new things that I just couldn't implement in Scepterpan City. I am excited for it!
