How to perma-crouch
Hold down the ctrl button and briefly press the y button. Now stop holding down the ctrl button and press Enter. Now you've got the perma-crouch (unless you press space).
Crouch-walk
Simply press one of the arrow keys while in perma-crouch, and you can walk like a zombie.
Crouch-dance
Very briefly press the arrow key of your choice and quickly release it. Keep doing this several times and you've got the crouch-dance.
