Sorry to hear you have a problem, however I think you are experiencing a bug unrelated to my map. I say this because I am having the exact same problem with my current game, but I have tested and verified the problem still exists on other maps, including the original CO maps:
If I start a new game, then quit out to main menu, then start another new game, I get an error...
Object reference not set to an instance of an object [System.NullReferenceException]
Details:
No details
...if I then switch to world view to purchase additional tiles, they are not selectable.
But as I say, this must be a bug outwith my map... I think it must be mod related, but I'm still investigating as I have a lot of mods...
Can I suggest you...
A. Try to replicate the problem on another map, to rule out my map as the problem.
B. Try running it with all mods disabled (with the exception of the 25 tile mod) and see if you can purchase additional tiles.
