Conceptual Notes
- I found out that this is the best way to deal with weird window render in-game.
- This building always remind me of that Tom & Jerry episode where Tom got a fortune.

@Zefnoly - Simcity 2013 game as a whole did not inspire me and disappointed me more. Despite it has good artistic design. So, less likely I will make anything from them. Sorry.

Great work! Like how you bring stuff from that game back to life. I would love something like the megatowers from simcity 2013 Future, if that's even possible...

Sadly, Steam does not have SC3000. I will have to get a copy somewhere else, my old copies (non-unlimited and unlimited) were long gone.
