Film noir inspired model replacer for rochelle.

Continuing the line of vintage addons with first of the survivor set. Originally I meant to copy Elizabeth's outfit from Bioshock Infite DLCs. Instead created design of my own, which was scrapped and recreated once more.

EDIT: The mod is updated to Version 3. That means total model and texture overhaul (once again).

Includes:
- Custom model
- First person arms
- Face anims
- Uses Rochelle's own animations
- Lobby, incap and HUD images.
