How to change FOV settings for BioShock Remastered
1. Locate your User.ini file here C:\Users\usernamehere\AppData\Roaming\Bioshock (Create a backup if needed)

2. Open the file and press Control + F and search for F6=EquipAbility6

3. Where F7 is blank, type in the following SetFOV 90
It should now say F7=SetFOV 90

4. Save the file and restart/load the game. When the game is loaded, press F7 and voila, FOV set.

You can change the value to which ever number you like.

Sometimes the FOV will reset to defualt but just press F7 again and you're good to go.

I found 6 instances F7= and had to add SetFOV 120. I set it FOV 120 a while ago in options as my frame rate was over 1000 and I was trying to find ways to bring it down lower to allow adaptive Sync to kill the screen tearing.
Anyway, I found one instance of FOV 120 in Bioshock.ini so it should work fine [tho I think it has been working fine anway... in a small way].

So what should I set if I want true 90 FOV on a 16:9 display? 74?

A note that should be added to the guide: this game treats FOV in an unusual way (like the Source engine does.) The FOV value you specify is the FOV for a 4:3 display, and the engine will auto-expand it to fit your resolution. For example, setting the FOV to 90 will result in ~106 on a 16:9 display or ~101 for a 16:10 display.

For whatever reason it does not seem to be working. I've binded to F7 as well.
