How to change the voice language to japanese with a mod.

How to install the mod
1. (optional but recommended) Back up your game folder: \steamapps\common\DDDA

2. Download the mod + fix[www.nexusmods.com]

3. Extract "DDDA Japanese VoiceOver project.." with 7zip(or similar software) in \SteamApps\common\DDDA (Yes to overwrite)

4. Extract "Bitterblack Monument Tablet Voice Fix.." in \SteamApps\common\DDDA (Yes to overwrite)

5. Go to \SteamApps\common\DDDA\nativePC\rom and double-click the patchall.bat and let it run until it says: "Press any key to continue" then press any button to close it.

Enjoy the game!


Notes:
  • If you can't open the patcher, you might have to install .net framework 4.5.
  • Mods which alter files altered by this mod can be incompatible.
  • You can play online with this mod and achievements are also still enabled.

Yes, the cutscenes are in japanese too.

is there japanese cutscenes? or are those cutscenes with lipsync are english only?

This mod only changes the voices. You'll still get achievements. And as I said in an older comment, modding voices will not get you banned.

So, would modding this disable achievements? Awesome game, the English dub is good but i'd still prefer the original Japanese dub so i wonder if it would end up with problems like ban/disabled achievements/glitches/bugs/dancing jesters/corrupted arisens/fire breathing dragons

It should work fine as it only modifies the voices.
