God Dame Crossbows

Adds old beta-style crossbows back into the game!

Had to write new activeitem files for em' but they work now.
There isn't much variety in the way of crossbow parts currently - I'll add more every so often until it's nicely filled out.

Rare crossbows have one of three element types: Ice, Fire, or Explosive.
These elements work in the way you would expect.
