Batman: The Telltale Series is an episodic point-and-click graphic adventure video game developed and published by Telltale Games and distributed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment under its DC Entertainment label. The game is based on Bob Kane and Bill Finger's Batman comic book series, though not tied to any previous adaption of the work in film or other media.

As a young child, Bruce Wayne watched his parents, Thomas and Martha Wayne, murdered before his eyes. He was then raised on the Wayne Manor estate, with help from the loyal butler, Alfred Pennyworth. He now runs his family's business known as Wayne Entreprises and the Wayne Foundation.

He's also known as Batman.

The best district attorney Gotham City has seen in years. His political ambitions have always been as big as his ego and now he's hoping to become mayor.

Bruce's childhood friend, whom he has not seen in 20 years. He's also known as the Penguin.

James W. "Jim" Gordon, Lieutenant, GCPD Major Crimes Unit

He's a good, by-the-book cop in a department that doesn't trust Batman. He was recently tapped to lead the major crimes task force. He's a family man, so he's not willing to take necessary risks on the street.

Renee Montoya, Sergeant from the Gotham City Police Department

Montoya is known for her loyalty to Commissioner Gordon.

Carmine Falcone, Skyline Club Owner, Head of Falcone Crime Family

The worst kind of gangster -- one who tries to mingle with high society. He seems to have his hands in everything, including smuggling, real estate, bribery and fraud.

Dr. Thomas Wayne, well-known physician, philanthropist and ex-ceo of Wayne Enterprises.

He's Bruce Wayne's father and he was married to Martha Wayne. Thomas was murdered along with his wife by Joe Chill. Bruce was still a child when this happened.

Hamilton Hill, Mayor of Gotham City

Hill should've been thrown out of his office years ago, but he's got his hands wrapped around Gotham's government in a death grip. He's been suspected of numerous crimes, but there's never been enough to make any of it stick.

Lucius Fox, Head of Wayne Enterprises Research and Development Division

He's Bruce Wayne's business manager at Wayne Enterprises. He runs the business interests that supply Batman's equipment needs as well as financing his operations.

Regina Zellerbach, Chairwoman at Wayne Enterprises

Business woman and married to Bob Zellerbach.

John Doe

Some kind of creepy circus clown in Arkham Asylum. He's one of the patients in there.
